Their violations of the "Rule of Law", outright lies about him to the judge and filing false documents that was not just a corruption of justice, but DBSR blatantly and knowingly broke the laws to kill justice and the Teel's fear of facing Charles Nordby in a Sacramento court.
The Teel's fear is greater today than it was in 1994.
When he died, DBSR thought that they had prevailed through Charles Nordby's death..
But they were told on that day, that this is NOT over and a day of Justice is coming.

Downy Brand Seymour & Rohwer must have thought that they were something else when they decided that they could be above the law, beyond the law and perhaps even create their own laws when it came to a frail 70 year old man by the name of CHARLES NORDBY.
They chose not to even follow the "Rule of Law" in their first response papers of perhaps the LARGEST CIVIL LAWSUIT EVER FILED IN SACRAMENTO COUNTY.

Because their response was fraudulent, they immediately went into what is known as a "DEFAULT JUDGMENT"
They knew they were in "Default". They didn't want to tell billionaire Joyce Raley Teel that they had bungled the case right from the git-go. So what did they do?
They had to lie to Judge Joe Gray and the courts. They had to file more fraudulent court documents, then have Judge Gray sign them. Then they had to get Judge Gray to prohibit the Default Judgment from being filed with the courts.
Why didn't they follow the law ? Give Nordby his day in court?
