Tom Raley never met the man who saved his company. While Charles Nordby was saving
Tom Raleys stores, Tom Raley was at the bars thinking he married a wealthy woman.
Why would he be thinking he had a wealthy woman?
Because Tom Raley was broke, and he knew his company was doomed and going out of business.
So, he found himself a sugar momma, a real estate woman
who became Joan M. Raley
She thought that Tom Raley was wealthy too, he had his name on 50 grocery stores.
So, she decides to marry Tom Raley. This was Tom's second wife,
the wife they never mention. Why?
Because according to their divorce papers, Tom Raley physically abused her on or about
February 14, 1974. That is Valentines Day. Tom Raley was not a man of good character.
Even his first wife E. Claire in their divorce papers stated that he was an
abusive man to her as well.
When she divorced Tom Raley, she was shocked to find out that he was broke. But Tom Raley
wasn't broke, with the Charles Nordby program in his company, millions began rolling in.
But Tom Raley's attorney lied to the courts to protect Toms riches from Joan.
Tom Raley was a stupid old man who had no idea he was becoming the wealthiest man in Sacramento. And he had no idea who Charles Nordby was.
Jim Teel did and knew what Charles Nordby did, but he didn't tell his wife Joyce.
